• Products with removed tags or missing original packaging
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Blouse pieces if stitched or cut
• Intimates and petticoats (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Contact us at [email] within 14 days of delivery with:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos of the product and defect (if any)
2. Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
3. Ship the Product: Once approved, pack the item securely in original packaging with all tags intact and ship it to our return address
4. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days
