Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. All orders are processed from our warehouse located in Surat, Gujarat.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- SMS notification with tracking number
- Email with tracking link and courier details
You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.
Important Notes
- Please provide accurate and complete address including PIN code and phone number
- Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the package
- In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos and order details. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
